The group's principal activity is to provide financial brokerage services to institutional, retail and wholesale customers. The group operates in two business segments: retail brokerage services and advisory services and order execution and market making services. Retail brokerage services segment includes sale of equities and mutual funds and fixed income products are provided on a discount basis to retail and institutional customers through online trading. Clearing and order execution services segment fills orders to purchase or sell securities received from approximately independent broker dealers on behalf of their retail customers. Services are delivered through the Internet and traditional means. It also involves account settlement and delivery functions.
